This better not be one of those descriptions of nature where you use "funnel" as a verb to describe what clouds do.

But, that leaves me at a bit of a loss, since clouds sometimes do funnel. How else would you describe an arrangement where there is a discernible swirl, pointing toward a singular fulcrum (is that redundant, saying “singular fulcrum”?), that the eye is inevitably drawn to? “Funnel” it is.
